Keyboard 3 Button Setup

Question

I have 3 buttons on my Dell Inspiron 17R SE 7720 that are set above the numeric pad that are not working.  I had to reformat my hard drive and now I can't get these buttons to work.  I'm sure it's just a software install, but not sure what it's called.  The first button looks like 2 gears, this is  like a status control center where there are about 10 programs that run through it, the second button looks like a big W and the third button is a shortcut button with a star inside of a box. If anybody can help, please let me know.  -Thanks

Thank you for writing to the Dell Community Forum.

The keys you are referring to are the Dell Instant Launch Buttons. Dell Quickset Application is required for this to work.
