Same here. I know it can be fixed because I installed the same wireless keyboard and mouse on my HP Pavilion and had the same result -FROZEN!- I paid $65 to correct and then a year later installed on my Dell. Dumb, dumb dumb! I know it can be corrected -$65+- but it sure would be nice if someone out could spare the directions to undo....
