Keyboard Backlight

Hi I have recently bought a Dell inspiron 5 5999, and the backlight for my keyboard is not tutning on, Tried Fn F10 and mobility centre, the option is not there is mobility centre.

Please some one help me out as soon as can,

i have now started to think there is no Key board lighting
