Keyboard help?
Hi everybody. I received my laptop this year in January/February I believe. Yesterday I accidentally spilled some soda all over my keyboard and attempted to remove the keys and clean it up. I successfully removed and cleaned the keyboard area but when I tried to put back the F5, F6, F7, F8, and F10 keys, they wouldn't fit back in. The two small white parts under the plastic cover wouldn't fit into the small metal prongs. I noticed that the metal prongs were bent and some were missing. How would I go about fixing this? Do i have to buy a new replacement keyboard (I absolutely HATE missing/distorted looking keys on my keyboard)? If so, could someone link me the website. Or does my warranty cover this problem? And please provide an average cost for repairs. Thank-you!

Hi Dan,
I would like to inform you that the keyboard needs replacement as individual keys cannot be replaced. It is an issue that is not covered under warranty.
Please provide the following details:
1. Is everything else on the computer working properly?
2. What is the system model?
If you are residing in US and would like me to arrange a call back for you, please send the Service Tag and contact details on Personal Message.
Thanks & Regards
