Thank you for reaching out to us here, we appreciate you running the online diagnostics on your computer which indicates a couple of component failures. However we request you to also run the built in Dell diagnostics on your system and let us know if you would observe any error codes. And also let us know if there is any damage on the power button and its surrounding area. You could run the built in diagnostics by following steps below,
1. Power on the system and on the Dell logo screen press F12 repeatedly so that the one-time boot menu screen would load.
2. From the one -time boot menu screen please select diagnostics and press enter and allow the test to complete.
3. Please observe and share any error codes that might get displayed after the test completes
