Laptop turns off randomly when moved

I have a Dell Inspiron 15 3000 series and I've been having issues with my laptop randomly turning off sometimes when the laptop was moved in any way, as if the battery were removed. I originally thought that this was a battery problem and bought a new battery. However, after buying the new battery, the problem persisted. After it shuts off, I'm able to immediately turn it back on again. I've run two diagnostics on the PC when I was on the phone with Tech support and no hardware damage came up. I've also run multiple virus and malware scans that have not turned up any harmful software. What could possibly be the issue? I highly doubt anything is overheating as I'm able to leave the laptop on for a few hours before the battery dies.
