I don't own one myself, but I heard that you can reduce the resolution and even though it won't be the native (1920x1200), it still looks good. Try to set it to the WSXGA+ res, 1480...
I'd recommend using the "zoom" feature available in FireFox and IE7 (Press Ctrl <+> or Ctrl <->) to solve web browsing size problems. You may also want to use the Large Fonts or Extra Large Fonts setting for OS related features. Changing the DPI can cause some problems for certain programs, so I consider it a "last resort".
