Latitude D500 Owner with Multiple Errors
I have been getting continuous errors that just started last week. Can anyone give me advice? I have done research on these and it seems weird to me that so many are happening all at once. Each error has happened multiple times.
0x00000050 – PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
0x0000008E – win32k.sys
0x0000000A – IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
0x000000A5 – The BIOS in this system is not fully ACPI complaint
0x00000024
0x000000E3 – Thread tried to release a resource it did not own
Memory write/read failure at 40000044, need 0EF00CF expecting 00EF00EF
0x0000007F – run system diagnostic utility
0x000000C2 – BAD_POOL_CALLER
0x000000D1 – naiavf5x.sys Address B0900936 base at b09C3000, DateStamp 4125e3c1 – DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Memory write/read failure at 40002444, read 00EF00CF expecting 00EF00EF
New Errors
0x000000F4 – A process or thread crucial to system operation has unexpectedly exited or been terminated
0x000000BE – An attempt was made to write to read-only memory – ntfs.sys

Most common cause: a drive with bad sectors. Power on, F12, Dell diagnostics, extended test, hard drive. If you see bad sectors, replace the hard drive with a new one.

I took your appreciated advice and ran the diagnostics test but it came up with nothing. But, I haven't had any problems yet since running it.

Of course, I spoke to soon. I finally was able to contact Dell Support and they said it was software and I would have to reinstall Windows. So, hopefully that will work. IDK.
