Remove the battery and make sure the contacts are clean on it and the system board. Then reinstall it - if it's then not found, replace it with a new one.
My battery did the same thing. Yesterday, I replaced it and it charged completely. This morning (after the computer was off) it showed a 99% charge and will not charge back to 100%. This is the same problem I had initially before battery replacement; it would not completely charge, and then suddenly, overnight while off, lost all power and connection to the computer. Does anyone have any idea what causes this?
May i know how u solve with this problem afterward??Since i am also face with the same problem. Normally i am working with my PC without battery plug in (only used AC current supprt), so when i faced with this problem,i had checked the battery heathy level, it is healthy and still perform well. When i plug in the battery, the qwindows restart problem will happen directly at BIOS or once it enter the windows.
i am short ideas to solve up this problem. Your feedback is much appreciated.

Test the battery in a similar system. If it works there, get ready for motherboard gymnastics.
