Latitude D640

Need help! Latitude D640 cannot boot-up, no power on the notebook. Tested with other power adapter, no improvement. Suspect motherboard problem. Cannot call Malaysia technical support coz the number already change (1-800-88-0193). Please advice the new number or call us back at +603-22407169 or +603-22407171
