Hi,

 

I have recently puchased a D830 and a D/Port Advance Port Replicator, the problem I am having is when I press the Undock button located on the D/Por or xp and remove the laptop from the Dock, shortly after xp will suffer a serious error and blue screen. The error report generated is the following;

 

 

Symbolic Name: ER_KRNLCRASH_LOG

Message: Error code %1, parameter1 %2, parameter2 %3, parameter3 %4, parameter4 %5.

 

This was generated and logged by xp, I am not sure if this tells you much...

 

Help woud be appreciated cause this is a pain...
