Latitude E5420 - Adding a Graphics Card
Hello,
I wanted to upgrade the graphics on my laptop. I know there is a graphics card that is better besides the internal one that goes with my model, I just don't know how to find it. I know this because getting a better graphics card was an option when selecting the parts for it.

You can't add a graphics card of any kind to the system - there is no socket for it. Though the higher-end Latitude 6420 had the option for hybrid video, the 5420 did not, so that's not an option. On models where video options exist(ed), a replacement mainboard is required to upgrade.
If you need better video, you need a new system.
