Latitude E6000 Series Bluetooth issues
I have a E6000 series and have installed XP with service pack 3 on it. In my BIOS I have the bluetooth activated, but I just can't seem to find it anywhere when my computer starts up. I search for new hardware and nothing... it's definately not installed!
Does anyone have any idea on how to get this working? I am by no means an expert with hardware issues and any assistance would be much appreciated.
It would be ideal to use Dell online chat, but being in New Zealand, I'm not allowed... apparently....

I have no idea... the little bluetooth symbol is on my laptop next to wireless and in my BIOS I have it ticked as active... so I'm assuming so...

Did you purchase the bluetooth option? It's not standard.
