1.Once you get a BIOS password screen, look for the error message that is displayed at the bottom half of the screen and private message me the error message. I can help you out in resetting the BIOS passwrod.
To private message me, click my user name, select Add as friend and click start conversation.
2.Check the functionality of the system in safe mode with networking. To check in Safe Mode with Networking follow the below mentioned steps:
Restart the computer.
Keep tapping F8 on the Dell Logo Screen.
Once the computer enters Advanced Boot Option, select Safe Mode with Networking.
Press Enter.
Check if the computer is doing the same thing in safe mode with networking and post the results.
