Latitude E7240 Win 8.1
Need help !!!! My E7240 got stucks in bios. The screen just display a Dell logo and a blue bar at the bottom
1. If I hit F2 when power on then screen displays "Prepare to enter Setup..." on the top right corner then hang up
2. If I hit F8 when power on then it tell me to hit F12, Hit F12: the screen display "Preparing to onetime setup" on the to right corner then hang up.
I tried everything, remove Ram, remove SSD but still no luck.
What should I do next ?

Sorry, in #2 if I hit F12, the screen display " Preparing one time boot menu.." then hangs up.
Seem to me , it tries to go into bios but it can't.
