Latitude keyboard replacement

I have a latitude C600/C500, model PPO1L laptop and need to reorder a keyboard.  I found the part number for the keyboard I have is 3C048, but cant find it to reorder on Dell.com.
Anyone have suggestions on how I find one of these?

THANKS!    Mark

Mark,

I have the same question about ordering a replacement for a Latitude D600 keyboard. All I want to do is send DELL some more of my money. Why is it so hard?

I bought a D610 just 1 month ago; but now my 2 keycaps were damaged because of heating.  That can causes some scratchs on the screen. So, if there are anyone still kept the damaged keyboard, please help me to replace 2 keycaps

Piece of cake. eBay has tons of 'em, and much cheaper than Dell. Just be sure to check the feedback rating and get a good seller.

Do you still have your old keyboard by chance?  My Shift key just broke, actually the white plastic piece that holds it on . . . I was wondering if I could purchase just that key along with both the white pieces that holds it on from you?

No I'm sorry, I tossed the whole thing once I got the new one up and working. Otherwise, I would have sent the whole thing to you free of charge!
