LCD problem - Dell Technician is trying to replace with different type

Hi,

I am facing a problem with my LCD. Dell representative came over to replace it. but he brought a different cheaper LCd with him. The part number issued by dell and the part of LCd was also not matching.

When i refused to accept that LCD, he told me that this is only one he can give to me.

KIndly look into this issue. The problem is open from last 10 days. I am currently located in India.
