You need to call tech support and they will arrange a time to either send a technician over to you or get all the information for you to send the laptop in for repairs.
Check your warranty type (return to depot or onsite). If it's onsite, call and they'll send a technician with a new display. If it's return to depot, they'll send you a shipping box, and you send the notebook into a Compal/Dell repair depot for repair.
