Dell Inspiron 1545 comes with two different LCD's:
15.6” WXGA CCFL True Life
15.6” WXGA WLED
The one that you have currently installed is CCFL LCD. C970J is the part number for the WLED LCD and you will also need the LVDS cable part number R267J. Please refer to the link http://amzn.to/18yLF1N for reference.

The part number R801J is for CCFL LCD and the part number C970J is for WLED LCD.

The dell part # is r801j.The c970j is not the part #
