Now I am sick and tired of aweful customer care and technical support from Dell Canada. I have had so many problems with them, and they can never seem to answer my questions and never ever call back when they are suppose to do something for you. Case in point, I was told that because of a delay that occured with my computer being shipped out, my old one fell apart, that I would be given an extra year of complete care. Now I was told by the woman I was talking to that she would e-mail me back the following day and also call me to let me know how i was to ship my computer back and also able the extended warranty. It's now 5 days later and nothing. What kind of a business is this?

Call back and let them know they're doing a great job.  That will compel them to ask if you'll say so to their supervisor.  Once the supervisor is on line, let him/her know what's really happening.  Good luck!
