Logical Drive (D drive) missing in "Computer" but shown in Disk Management

Hi All,

After I installed and uninstalled DataSafeLocalBackup_Basic, the Logical Drive (D drive) is now missing in "Computer" but shown in Disk Management.

But when the extension is clicked the following error is shown. (See Below Image)

Under Diskpart the partition is listed but not the volume.
(See Below)

SO can anybody please advice how to solve this issue without loosing my datas stored in D: Drive (Logical Drive).
