Lost keyboard caps

Question

Several of the black letter caps and the white connectors have been lost from the laptop (dang kids). Its been 2 weeks and I still cant get through with a phone call to Dell. Anysuggestions on where or how to replace them ???

You cannot buy the keys - you will need to replace the keyboard.

Finally got thru to tech support, they are issuing me new keyboard as the unit is still under warranty, case closed.
