M2300 Broadcom Gigabit Ethernet problem

Hi,

I'm experiencing an strange problem with my laptop lately. The thing is that it loses the network card configuration occasionally (almost every day) without any reason. If I go to the device manager it shows the card's icon with a red cross and if I try to update the controller the system won't finde the appropriate driver even if I indicate the right path to it in the CD-ROM or hard drive. The only way to solve this problem so far is itnroducing the original CDs with the drivers, install them and restart the computer. It's really painful to do this everytime I boot my laptop. Anyone experienced similar problems? Any hint on this?
