MB replaced - screen resolution wrong

I finally got my MB replaced and it seems the coil whining issue has improved. I will charge it up and test again.

However, one thing is strange. My screen resolution is capped at HD not QHD.  I can only choose (1920x1080).

-Tried update driver but still no QHD

-Tried disabled and re-enabled device in Device Manager. No help

-Went to BIOS and look around. Doesn't seem there is anything I can do about it.

Anyone has the same issue as I do?
