Microphone Malfunction
My microphone which came inside my laptop which is a windows 8.1 started freaking out last year i have tried to go to some people i know to see if they can fix it but they can't and because my mic is spazzing out my volume is also and i don't know what to do if anyone can help will you please?

Hello. There is a good chance that the problem with the mic is hardware failure, which is covered under the warranty. Contact tech support if the laptop is still under warranty.
If you need more help with the mic, reply back with the full model name of the laptop.
If you need help with the volume, please describe what problem you are having with it, and include the full model name of the laptop.
