Modem Code 46 error
My neighbor recently had a lightning surge in their house. Destroyed some phones, etc. PC now doesn't work when trying to dial out on internal modem. I walked the PC thru the Help process on the laptop, and eventually did a modem query. The answer was No Loop Current (Code 46) error. Modem doesn't draw dial tone when trying to dial out. Phone line is fine. Anyone know some help? Is the modem fried? Thanks to anyone helping!!

I've seen this happen A LOT on the system I work on at work. I work on GX150 and 270s and usually when a lightning storm occurs the modem no longer works, replace the modem, and it's all good again.
