my dell scan error
ok so it did a scan it self and I got a error saying something is wrong with the cd rom drive and it needs to be replaced it had me fill out shipping info and I think it sent me a box my laptop is a inspron 7737 its only 3 weeks old and haven't had a problem the the cd rom drive but don't want to send it in if I don't realy need to and it my only working computer right now there are 2 pics below with all the info
