My gpu is downclockled!!!!!
I bought a dell inspirion 3537 with an Amd Radeon 8850m graphic card. I tested the gpu with FurMark for stress test. I monitored that wtih HW64 , Gpu-z and Gpu Meter with the same result. My Clock Speed is 625MHz but should be up to 725Mhz ,my memory clock was 1000Mhz but should be 1125Mhz and Bandwidth 64 but should be 72GB/s. A also tried that with games with same results. Please help me!!!

As is the case with CPUs these days, clock speeds aren't single numbers any longer. Nothing is wrong. You might want to read below.

I tried also using overclocking tools like msi afterburner and when i opend them they were already set at max 625 and could go above that. So i am not able to overclock. Can you explain that to me, please?

Overclocking is never guaranteed - the system you purchased is designed to be cheap -- not high performance.
