Need a reinstall disk
I've a laptop here that's blue-screening on me. Its a dell latitude d830 so there's no recovery partition, and I didnt get a reinstall disk with it. Am I able to just ring dell and ask them for a replacement?

Thanks for the reply.
Unfortunately I am not in the USA, so I cannot request a reinstall disk through that form.
Any other ideas?

Try calling Dell and request the backup disks.
