Hi hmadhy,

Please let em know if you have upgraded or installed the operating system?

Follow below mentioned steps to download and then install the drivers accordingly:

  • Visit the following website: www.support.dell.com
  • Enter the Service tag of the computer in the box provided and click “Submit”.
  • In the next page, click drop down arrow to select the Operating System which is installed in the computer and the list of drivers for the computer appear.

Also, install the drivers in the correct order.

What version of Windows? Windows 7 64 bit or Windows 7 32 bit?

See Windows Reinstallation Guide/A Clean install of Windows: http://philipyip.wordpress.com/dell-community-forums/

I haven't listed the wireless card, there are many variants, can you check the Device Manager for it after installation of the above.

In particular the hardware IDs also if it says the type of card.

That hardware ID is for Audio ad not Wireless Card? Does it have an error?

What is displayed under Network Adapters?

Does any device have an error?
