Afther my nerwork (Realtek RTL8106E...) doesn't work.
i verify the cable and this is ok. i instal the driver and the problem persist, doesn't work!

On top of what JohD wrote asking about your operating system, I would also like to know if you've gone into your System Setup (BIOS) since you did the upgrade to make sure that the Network Card (NIC) is enabled in your BIOS?
Also, when you plug that cable into the network connection do you see activity lights on the network card, showing activity and speed? Or are those little lights staying dark?
You don't mention what Dell system you have. Can you tell us the model that you're using?
