If you're going to try this, you'll likely need to replace the entire top half of the system - screen, bezel, back cover, data cable - together.

Hmm, I'll take a look at what can be found on eBay. What about LCD?, what's the best resolution that can be found for this machine?, I think it had 1280x800 (panel dead) and would like something a little better

Whatever you do buy, if the resolution is higher, you will need a new data cable -- and ensure the panel you're considering shipped with the model you have (i.e., you cannot buy LCDs simply by resolution and size -- the screen has to be supported by the system you have).

The E-series did have higher-resolution screen options - but as above, you may wind up needing more than just the screen and cable.  Very often you also need a new bezel and back cover.

It's also very often true that the back cover assembly is different when you have a webcam.

What about this one?

I'll probably need a new bezel as my laptop has a webcam that I would like to keep

Presumably, yes - but the low price would make me suspect the screen may be scratched and the plastics scuffed or damaged.

Sooo, I can use that LED panel/backcover/bezel  if I drop the webcam?

well,   the same  seller has 3 kits (?) like this one, the other two mention damages and this one doesn't. I'll double check.
