"No audio output device is installed"
Hello,
I was uninstalling programs when I think I accidentally uninstalled my audio output device. I've tried reinstalling it (could not find audio device anywhere), uninstalling all audio devices and restarting computer, youtube, google, friends, everything. I have been trying to get it back for days now. Please, anyone, help!
I have a Dell Inspiron N5010 running Windows 7 64-bit

Hi JessRenee93,
Welcome to the Community.
Please perform system restore for the date the system was working properly. Please click the link mentioned below to perform system restore:

NOTE: System restore will remove the applications installed after restore point.
Thanks & Regards

I tried doing a system restore, but I have no "restore points" and I have looked in the device manager and could not find it.

While you are waiting for a response, try installing the IDT audio driver for the N5010. If that does fix it then I think there is either a hardware problem or maybe a problem has developed in Windows.

Hi JessRenee93,
Thank you for the reply.
I agree with Jim that you can try installing the driver using the link mentioned below if system restore does not restore the driver:
