Sounds like your hard drive has failed - does the BIOS (F2 at powerup) see the hard drive?

Hi dannycv,

You may check if the HDD is getting detected in BIOS. Please follow the steps below:

  • Power on the system and tap 3-4 times to access system BIOS.
  • Go to ‘General’
  • Check for ‘Primary HDD’ option under ‘System Information’.
  • Click ’Load Defaults’
  • ‘Save Changes and Exit’

Keep me posted with the results. I will be glad to assist you.
