razz chinta,
Download and install in order...
Dell System Software download and install the top one.
Intel HM57 Express Chipset Family
Realtek RTS5159 Card Reader
Please use Internet Explorer(32-bit) when navigating to My Dell Downloads :: Login. Use the same email address and password you use here. Click on add system. Your paid programs can be found there.
***Systems purchased befor April 1, 2010 might NOT register with Dell My Downloads***
Download the latest version of Dell Webcam Central from there.

razz chinta,
None oy your network adapters are showing, meaning that you did not install the drivers in the correct order.
Download and install in order...
Dell System Software download and install the top one.
Intel HM57 Express Chipset Family
Realtek RTS5159 Card Reader
Then follow the list. This is the reason the network adapters and the webcam are not working properly
When you reinstalled the operating system, did you install the Desktop/Notebook system software(if applicable) and the chipset drivers first? If not, the rest of the drivers will fail to install. How to Download and Install Drivers in the Correct Order
Start with the Desktop/Notebook system software and the chipset drivers and follow the list.
You can try Restoring Your Computer´s Software to the Factory Settings and the computer will be just like it was when you first recieved it.

razz chinta,
I see a Dell System Software that needs installed and then the chipset drivers. If the Dell System Software and chipset drivers are not installed first, the rest of the drivers will fail to install. These drivers know what is attached your system.

razz chinta,
Let's first look in these places to see if your Bluetooth Connection is enabled
Click on start, in search type
bttray
Hit enter. This will put the bluetooth icon in the system tray, near the clock.
Bluetooth can be enabled/disabled there.
