Noises when Screen-Activities
Hi,
I'm using a Vostro 3750.
Noises like pattering come from inside the Notebook, when there ist some activity on the display.
e.g., scrolling with the mouse , - both, scrolling a webpage in a browser or a word - document.
The same kind of noise appears while browsing, when there are some screen activities generated by active-x or java-scripts, e.g embedded slide-shows.
Latest driver versions for Video-, audio, mouse are installed.
It did not help.
Any Idea??

Does the noise go away when you run the laptop off the battery? If so the power adapter could be bad.

Hi Jim,
thanks for your reply, but, it is not the power adapter.
I tried all the 3 versions:
* Running the laptop with the battery, power adapter not connected
* Running the laptop with the power adapter, battery pluged off
* Running the laptop with the power adapter, battery pluged in
But, the pattering noises are still there.

Sorry but I don't have any ideas. If the audio system is working then it probably is not an audio problem. Perhaps post on the General Hardware discussion board?
