NTLDR is missing
The NTLDR is missing comes up when I try to boot up my computer. I put in the operating systems disc, press F12, select the CD-ROM then it just starts uploading files. it won't let me press R for the recovery console. Can I fix this or do I need to bring it somewhere?

what you need to do is, insert the os disk then shut Laptop down and restart then start tapping F8 as soon as you see the dell logo. from the menu options select last known good. and see it that works. If that dont work repeat the first thing i told you to do, but this time select safe mode with a comand promt and type fixboot then hit enter and restart.
