NTVDA/System 32 issue

A month ago i encountered a problem with my Dell Inspiron 5100; which is some NTVDA or System 32 issue. the computer will take a long time to boot up and log off (shut down), very slow on searches or opening folders & wouldnt log to to the internet. To this day I dont have an idea of what happened to my pc. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

try to run an anti spyware or anti virus program,there might be a program that's causing that.:smileyhappy:

I ran the spyware and reloaded the spyware software and nothing happened. stayed the same.

try to remove some of the start up items
 
to access it
 
click on start,then go to run and type there msconfig
 
on the open window click on the startup tab
 
and choose disable all but make sure to put a check on the anti virus program..

wilco. how bout reloading Windows? would it help?
