PC Restore causes restart loop.
I have a Dell Inspiron n7010. I used the PC Restore steps found here http://www.dell.com/support/article/us/en/19/DSN_362066?c=&s=&cs=&l=&c=us&l=en&s=bsd&cs=04. Everything was going smoothly until it said it had to restart, and that it may restart mutiple times, in order to finish the restoration. It got stuck looping over and over stating it couldn't "update, press OK to restart." also I tried force restarting pressing F8 a bunch of times while it was booting and going to Pc repair. It restarted and booted up some zoomed in, off centered version of Windows with a "administrator" button which wasn't one of the accounts before trying to restore the laptop. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for the late reply. Was going through the steps and this note was at the end of one of the steps:
"If any one of them are 0 bytes, then you should stop what you're doing now and seek an alternative method of recovering your system, because Windows cannot function with a 0-byte size registry hive."
All the drives have 0 bytes. So what now?
