PCI Express Status Test

Hi!  I hope I'm in the right area for my post.  This is my first time here.  I ran a pc scan on my laptop and everything passed except for one.  It said PCI Express Status Test - No Device.  I do not understand this error message.  I have a Dell Inspiron 17R SE7720 laptop and I am running Windows 8.  On the support page it indicates that my computer needs attention and I don't know what to do.  I've only had this computer about 3 weeks and am to the point that I am ready to return it to the store.

Also, I play World of Warcraft and occasionally the game will minimize and suddenly it goes to the desktop screen.  Any ideas why this is happening?

Thank you very much for any help you can give me.

  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to uninstall the drivers.
  6. Restart the computer.
  7. Right click “NVIDIA GeForce” and click “Uninstall”.
  8. Ensure to check the box “Delete driver software for this device”.
  9. Follow the on-screen instructions to uninstall the drivers.
  10. Restart the computer.
  11. Use the below links to download and save Intel HD Graphics and NVIDIA graphics :  http://dell.to/Mbe3zg
  12. Click the link, enter the service tag of the computer and select the operating system from the dropdown and select the right Intel video card driver from the list and install it.
  13. Run the driver file for Intel HD Graphics, follow the on-screen instructions to install the driver and restart the computer when prompted. Repeat this for NVIDIA Graphics drive too. Restart the computer.

Now check the functionality of the system and post the results.
