I installed Realtek LAN driver downloaded from Dell website and still this driver isn't properly installed. My laptop model is Inspiron 15 3521 and running Windows 8.1 x64. Please help me add this driver. Thanks in advance.
If yes, uninstall driver from control panel. Restart system and install the driver again.

Audio drivers are working properly. It's the PCI Simple Communications Controller that isn't working.
If yes, uninstall driver from control panel. Restart system and install the driver again.

Please provide the ID for the device not recognized in Device Manager. You may follow the instructions mentioned below to get the Device ID:
In ‘Device Manager’, select the device and right click.
Click ‘Properties’.
Click ‘Details’.
Search for ‘Device Instance ID’.
Provide the numbers after VEN and DEV.
