PCI Simple Communications Controller

I installed Realtek LAN driver downloaded from Dell website and still this driver isn't properly installed. My laptop model is Inspiron 15 3521 and running Windows 8.1 x64. Please help me add this driver. Thanks in advance.

Audio drivers are working properly. It's the PCI Simple Communications Controller that isn't working.
