Hi nishadrox,

Please let me know if you have tried installing the driver on the link given below:

If yes, uninstall driver from control panel. Restart system and install the driver again.

Audio drivers are working properly. It's the PCI Simple Communications Controller that isn't working.

Hi nishadrox,

Install Chipset drivers using link given below:

http://dell.to/1iApayz

Please select correct operating system and restart system after installing each driver under Chipset.

I installed the chipset drivers too. Still the exclamation mark is there.

Hi nishadrox,

Please provide the ID for the device not recognized in Device Manager. You may follow the instructions mentioned below to get the Device ID:

  • In ‘Device Manager’, select the device and right click.
  • Click ‘Properties’.
  • Click ‘Details’.
  • Search for ‘Device Instance ID’.

Provide the numbers after VEN and DEV.
