i also mentioned that i am using ubuntu and window 7 in dual boot operating system installed in different partition i delete the ubuntu partion and extend the size of c Partition the system remain working same but when the c drive is full the space which is before resize the blue screen comes and says Fatel error and after that the system slow down i format the comlete hard disk reinstall window 7 but system is slow
Thank you for the update. This system model is tested with Windows 7 Operating system and it will work.
Is Windows 7 Operating system a retail version? Also while formatting the HDD during installation, check if all the partitions are deleted. You may refer to the following link for assistance:
If the issue is persisting in spite of deleting all the partition and installed the Operating system as suggested in the video, I recommend you run diagnostics on the hardware components of the system. Press and hold the FN key on the keyboard and power on the computer to launch diagnostics. Click on the following link for reference:
A faulty realtime clock means you'll either need to find a shop that can replace the clock chip (requires mulilayer board soldering) or replace the system board.

i did it as described in above two references
delete all partitions and install a new version of window 7
run the EPSA preboot assesment it passed all the test
run in thee safe mode but the problem same
from APP Dell Diagonstics return error that RTC accuracy test Failed Error WSB01-H5D in the systemboard test all othar test passed
