Is it that the system is functioning normally but the power LED does not work?

If the system is not turning on at all, try a different power outlet.

Unplug power cable and battery(for notebook). Press and hold power button for 10 seconds. Plugin the power cable and turn on the system.

oh...itz 5721 

i ve bought it about 2-3 months ago...in the e\rly time its illuminated on start bt now its nothing happens

Need the full four digit number (5721, 7737, etc.).  On the BIOS boot screen.

Many of these look as though the power button should be illuminated but in fact, there is no illumination on the button.

This system model does not have led on power button.

System LED's on Inspiron 5721 are loacated on the front left side of the system.
