Powerpoint slides go nuts after connecting to an LCD projector
Dear all,
I have a new Inspiron 9400 with an Intel graphics media accelerator driver for mobile graphics card (with settings: 32 bit, 1440x 900, 60 Hz refresh rate. Under “display expansion”, the option “maintain aspect ratio” is checked.) I tried to use my laptop to display a powerpoint presentation on an LCD projector. The powerpoint slides went nuts (text size changing, rolling slides, flashing slides). We changed the display settings in the control panel from the original 1400 x900 to 1024 x 768 but the problem was not solved. We transferred the powerpoint presentation to an older laptop and the presentation showed just fine. Anyone have any suggestions for solving this problem?
