Problem after performing PC refresh activity in WIn8
hi
I am using Dell inspiron 15R As i am facing some problems with the apps in win8 on of my friend suggested me to perform PC refresh. And I performed the same in my laptop. After finishing the activity the problems with my apps was no more every thing was cleared but another problem came was that MSoffice 13 was prompting me to enter the key which i don't have because it was came default with laptop. Now what I have to do to retrieve my product key please help me.

Hi rameshbadra,
Usually, system's are shipped with trial version of Microsoft Office 2013. Did you purchase Office 2013 with the system? If yes, you should have received an MPI card in the box. The product key would be mentioned in that card. You can use it to activate Office 2013.

Hi Appu,
I purchased my laptop one month back only so it completed only 30days then why it prompting me to enter the key. And this was happened after i performed the system refresh.

Usually, Microsoft Office 2013 trial version is valid for 60 days.
Please reply if you have any questions.

Hi rameshbadra,
You might be able to use it as the trial version does not require a product key. Do you get the Continue option where it asks for the product key. Please post a screenshot if possible. Will take it further.
