Hi Mohammed Imran,

Please press Fn + F2 keys to enable the wireless/Bluetooth radios manually.

Before sending a file to the Bluetooth device, try to pair the device with the computer. Ensure the Bluetooth of the device and computer is turned. Please follow the below mentioned steps:

  1. Click the “Bluetooth” icon on the system tray.
  2. Click “Add a Device”.
  3. Select the device from the list and click “Next”.
  4. Select “Yes” if the pairing code is matching and click “Next”.

Note: If the pairing code is not entered within 40-45 seconds, then an error message "Adding this device to this computer failed" appears on the window. Click “Try Again” to start the process again.

Please try the steps and reply for any further help.
