Hi mina moro,

I would suggest you to install the USB 3.0 host controller driver from the link below on your system for issue resolution.

Please let me know if this helps.

Hi mina moro,

I would advise you to Install the USB 3.0 driver in compatibility mode.

http://dell.to/11znRXU

  1. Place the driver installation file on the ‘Desktop’.
  2. Right click ‘.exe’ file and click ‘Properties’.
  3. Click “Install in compatibility mode’.
  4. Click on Application and select ‘Troubleshoot Compatibility’.
  5. Next, click on ‘Troubleshoot Program’.
  6. Click on Program worked in earlier versions of Windows.
  7. Click on ‘Windows 7’.
  8. Click on ‘Start the Program’.
  9. Do not hit ‘Next’ until the installation completes.
  10. Once the installation completes, click on ‘Next.

Go into your Control Panel and into Device Manager.

Expand "Universal Serial Bus Controllers" and post a screenshot of it here.
