PROBLEM IN DVD DRIVE
Hai,
I have DELL INSPIRON 15R N5110.. Recently i faced a problem in optical drive it hangs, it does not come out when i click on eject or press the button in the DVD drive. shows error pop-up window(error occurred in the window) and the LED light don't blink during booting. There is no response.What can i do?

Thank you for reaching out to us here, we request you to boot the system into BIOS and try pressing the eject button while the system is booted into BIOS and check if the DVD tray comes out. To boot the system into BIOS please press F2 repeatedly on the Dell logo screen once you power on the system. If the DVD tray comes out fine, then the issue might be with the operating system. Try creating a new user account and check if the same happens and let us know of the outcome.

Hi Mohan,
I tried both option what you gave before. The result is same,The tray doesn't come out and the led in the tray is not blink.

Thank you for the update, since it is not working even when you have the system booted into BIOS the optical drive has gone bad and you need to get it replaced.
