Problem on Studio1535
Hello
I brought dell studio 1535 on last month. I got problem on direct media control board. some time During boot up my laptop
It was checked status of all direct media control button then the LED of CD ejector button stays to bright
( It is not turn off as normal operation ) , other button can not work property also. but some time It can operate as normal.
What is the cause of this problem?
Can i solve this problem?
How to fix it?
Please advise and help me .... Please'''[:'(]

Could you please explain the scenario and what is the exact issue. The cd drive button stays lit, does it pops out the media or is it stuck.

It's going to sound like I'm 'passing the buck', but due to the nature of the problems, I'd suggest you'd be best advised to contact Dell tech support about them :emotion-55:

It's stuck.
As my observation. If it's work as normal , all button on direct media control board will pop up then turn off during boot up bios.
but for my laptop after all button were off , the CD ejector button back to bright again then stuck.
