Problem with Dell System Detect

Every time I turn on the computer (Inspiron 1545 with nearly a year of extended guarantee left) I get the message "Application cannot be started. Contact the application vendor".

Exactly the same happens if I try to start Dell System Detect so I guess this is the cause of the message.

Any help please

you need to  make sure the  net frame ver 3.5 with sp1  is installed in order for the dell system client to  install
